This guy is a real rocket scientist. He is saying 'Folks, we have liftoff'. Does this guy have a summer home at Cocoa Beach? Does he rent or own a home and where? Maybe he just refinanced and pulled out a few hundred big ones. I hear property in Tysons Corner has exceeded the rate of inflation. There are some folks here on SI who can really relate to these NASA type analogies. Sure makes the dismal science exciting. I want to see one of those shuttles do its thing. When is the next one? I heard it is something not to be missed.
