don't worry, MSFT will beat by a couple cents like they always do, then the stock spikes up a little immediately, but then people start to look at how MSFT got these earnings numbers, and the stock begins to pull back again.....

MSFT hasn't announced any one time charges, so there shouldn't be any, the things to look for will be the Revenues, the Cookie Jar, and accounts receivable.... then look for their second set of earnings numbers that they will report at the end of their statements, and look to see how much stock they bought back, and then how much they issued, and how many new ESO's they added.... there are other things but that will keep people busy....

a lot of work, but well worth it....
