Of course he's not going to raise rates, ggggg. I said that a month ago or longer.
Many of the world's economies are in shambles, IMO.
Some of the talking heads have been spouting off about rate hikes to trick people into thinking the economy is on fire, IMO.
It's all BS, IMO.
