Intel's improved profit -also due to improved margin on lower unit costs after the transition to 300 mm. wafers - I hope we are reaching a tipping point where everyone decides they have to go ahead and make the investment.

I would pay attention to LRCX and NVLS, but UTEK might as well be in another business.

LRCX and NVLS are leading edge front end suppliers while UTEK is primarily a trailing edge back end supplier.

I am wondering if the LRCX and NVLS order improvement is coming from 300mm, copper, and .13m. Current orders have been a small percentage of peak orders and are probably advanced technology orders and the estimate of rapid order improvement reflects production ramp up of advanced technology.
