Yes, because they are dumb, like me.
looks like the stock will work down to close red again today..which will be what, 5 days down in a row...so far, so much for the run up to earnings...I thought for a while,
(a week ago) they might beat the BE projection, now I think they may lose a penny! ie: the reason for all this strength of the past week.
hows that?

JAB's options are priced ar $12.25 and he has earned rights
on 38% of 40000 as of last July. From the proxy statement.

J. A. Bryant 400,000 38.1% $ 12.25 07/10/2010

I listened to the R-H conference call last night and downloaded the powerpoint(PP) presentation.

I'm sure it was tailored for any investor at the conference
therefore mostly what we already knew.

Some highlights that were new.
A longer amount of time spent on Real Time than in the past.
He has a PP page for Aegis. They provide "The Shield of the
Fleet". Real Time is stable and they launched (Paris show)
growth products.

He still has 13 million projected for VOD in next weeks report. No change from the pre-earnings.

He spent a lot of time on technical information. Bottom
line is that the point of entry by anyone other than
the four current vendors, is long and difficult.

A couple of slides on Thirdspace and DSL opportunities.

A clear mention of the ad insertion target advertising
benifits and the trick file to disable commercial bypass.
And with insertion they could give you an ad in which your
more willing to be interested anyway. Key to Free-Video-on-Demand.

There is still no official statement from ncube of AOL on
New York City. He even hinted that 50 percent of AOL was
still available (I'm not clear on that). Kind of a reversal
in that instead of losing his share, he could take parts
of others. For some reason he mentioned Atlanta's cable systems network in the same breath as his wins in Houston
and Orlando. Perhaps my imagination.

His one chart on the North America VOD market.
He has the 2002 market at 163M compared to 63M last year.
