Bipolar schizophrenia calls for a different type of meds, Prozac would just exacerbate it.

Don't mean to nitpick (that's usually --Mike Buckley territory) but there's no such thing as "Bipolar Schizophrenia". There is Bipolar Disorder (which would suggest mood stabilizing meds for Tom, such as lithium or tegratol), and there is Schizoaffective Disorder (which is kind of like a bipolar schizophrenic, which would suggest both a mood stabilizer and an anti-psychotic med...)

But you're right in that Prozac probably wouldn't be the thing for him (it usually causes some sexual dysfunction, which would REALLY piss him off...) :)
