Cyclopss Meets With EPA in Washington

SALT LAKE CITY, April 23 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Cyclopss Corporation, (OTC Bulletin Board: OZON
- news) announced today that its management met with Senior EPA Officials reviewing potential anti-terrorist response technologies last week in
Washington, DC.

Cyclopss presented microbial kill data and related performance data on its technologies to officials of the EPA's Technology Innovation Agency, the
agency charged with reviewing technologies to be used in rapid response to bio-terrorism activities.

``We were extremely fortunate to have been afforded the opportunity to discuss our technologies and products as potential countermeasures to
combat biological and chemical terrorist activities at this level of the Agency,'' says Dr. Durand Smith, President of Cyclopss.

Cyclopss uses controlled, electronically generated ozone in proprietary products to destroy bacteria and viruses, including the family of Bacillus
spores which includes Bacillus Anthracis or Anthrax. Dr. Smith continues, ``Perhaps the greatest advantage ozone technology has over traditional
methods such as chlorine dioxide or methyl bromide is the fact that it reverts to harmless oxygen after the killing process leaving no hazardous
chemical residual, so the 'cure' doesn't often become a greater issue to deal with than the problem the technology was asked to solve.''

Cyclopss currently provides decontamination systems to the Navy and has several products under review by both the EPA and the Department of
Defense in response to an all agency request for technology applications resulting from recent bio-terrorism activities.

CYCLOPSS is a world leader in the development of environmentally friendly technologies and applications that are used in the cleaning and
disinfections of foods, laundry, and surfaces for industries as well as consumers. For more information visit our website at www.cyclopss.com .
