Really depends on whether guidance is raised with the release of the ER. I think it will be. The G4 iMac is the big push right now, but there's many other reasons too.

So has the price of Apple stock already priced in this qtrs earnings and the outlook for the future?

This quarter's expected earnings. Yes

Outlook--a mildly positive one. If guidance is more conservative or exuberant, that will affect stock price

....in my humble opinion.
