I think that is a very interesting proposal....since we're talking religion now....<gg> I would say an almost Solomonesque type of answer....The one who's love is true, willing to submit ownership for the preservation of the Holy City...hopefully both "parents" could.

That was part of the UN proposal for 1947 partitioning proposal, which the Palestinians rejected. Are you suggesting that be resurrected?
