Can you post the part you think applicable? You're kidding, right? I've been reading From Beirut to Jerusalem. It was mentioned in there. You already know all I know about it. They proposed making Jerusalem an international city and splitting the rest of the turf. The Israelis approved it but the Palestinians didn't. I think it was Laz who posted a link to a map of the partitions. I saw it discussed on TV yesterday as the basis for the Israelis claim that the Palestinians renounced claim to a Palestinian state in what is Israeli territory. news.bbc.co.uk
