Michael, I missed the Goodwill piece in my earlier summary. Joyce commented on it such that it sounded like a positive in the sense that whatever had to be written off was done last year and therefore the comment that you quoted about no impairment was right on target. Further, it sounded as if it was a 75 million dollar positive in the sense that had there been no FASB 142 ruling there would have been a 75 million goodwill writedown this quarter.
