Richard you spoke of capitulation a month ago. Well HEC hit .40 today. Probably heading toward chapter 11, but being a gambler I added some at .42 this morning. Just noticed a rise to .55 on small volume. Guess HEC will be a trading stock for me. Maybe that way I can recoup my losses.
