There was a story when she was governor that she went to her plastic surgeon, who, after an extensive examination told her that he had bad news and good news.

The bad news was, that while a facelift could be performed, it would take at least a ten hour operation and require a large expert surgical team. The good news was that they would remove enough skin to make two pairs of boots and a saddle.
