Being a long time long, I share your impatience and frustration. However, being a technologist myself, I can tell you there is much work that must be completed for systems to work seamlessly, flawlessly, and inexpensively enough to warrant mass adoption or any adoption. And pricing must start low enough to attract vendors and to balance the risks for them. You have to have the vision, the backing, a reliable implementation, and a good support team as well. This ain't easy, but it is increasingly possible. regards to the longs, keep the pressure on ACTV management, keep spreading the gospel of iTV, and keep the faith, -Lk
