ME oil is the cheapest in the world. And it is also the easist to refine. Always check with refiners before jumping to conclusions re the weekly Tues afternoon petro report. They can shut down on a dime if they do not like prices. And jack up prices on that same dime. And these are among the reasons i continue to hold big postions in energy sevices stocks since Feb., 1999, as the archives here show. LOL! Victor
