Remember Oct 2000 (2000) NOK moved call ahead to protect markets (at least this was the guess then) when the DOW came to 9400 and the NAZ hit 3k..I remember Cashin talking of capitulation. That was the buzzword then. CNBC was using it over and over. Everyone kept asking about capitulation for the next few months.
