I added too. The only thing I found was from April 9, and it's VERY bullish:

Company expects it will report earnings per share of between $0.14 and $0.16 versus $0.12 per share analyst expectations
OSI Systems Inc. (Nasdaq:OSIS - news) today announced that it expects earnings per share for its third quarter of fiscal 2002, which ended March 31, 2002, to be between $0.14 and $0.16 per share, which is above the analysts' estimate of $0.12 per share. Management expects to provide further guidance in the earnings release scheduled for after market close on Thursday, April 25, 2002.
