Yes, that is close to the bullish alternate I count as well David. In my alternate it is a 'iv of 3'.

So far the bullish scenario remains intact. Off the top we have a nice a-b-c for our putative 'iv of 3' that did not violate 'i of 3' (high @ 10am, Apr 15).

NDX should be strong from here to the close if this scenario is the one. Getting under NDX 1391 would put it in doubt.
