CORRECTED - J.P. Morgan structured finance head quits-source

In NEW YORK story headlined ``J.P. Morgan structured finance head quits-source'' read name as ``Demchak'' rather than ``Demchek.'' (Corrects spelling)

A corrected version follows:

NEW YORK, April 18 (Reuters) - Bill Demchak, global head of structured finance at J.P. Morgan, has resigned, a source said.

It is not yet clear where Demchak is heading.

Demchak's authority included asset-backed securities, credit derivatives, and structured credit products.

Demchak referred calls to a press officer, who was not immediately available.
