That's what I meant, the markets perception of it's value with the new information.

re: I don't really see anything in the next 6 months to a year that's going to turn things around in the SOXX. I'd expect things to get better at some point, but I also think the biggest growth years are probably already gone, and a SOXX recovery won't push stocks as far or as fast as it would in the past.

I think the next cycle will be pretty good, based on the units that were sold at the last cycle peak. Of course we will never repeat the growth of the '90's, when we went from virtually no PC's at home or on the average workers desk, to PC's everywhere. That buildout was a one time event.
