Although I do not like to see comments like "aggressive pricing", which probably accounts for a good bit of our haircut this year (among other things), it will be good to be rid of one competitor. Their debt load is a huge impediment to a buyer. In fact, the easy prediction is that they go bankrupt. The more interesting one is whether or not someone like SGI or Sun buys their assets through the bankruptcy court to get a legitimate foot in the door. That is what I would do if I were interested in entering the business.
