You don't buy an OTCBB shell for 400K to start from scratch a legitimate business. :)

If you have a legit business that can earn a profit, I am sure you can use the 400K to build your business. And if the business plan is solid, you can borrow money or raise money easily from private investors or Venture Capitalists.

Starting a business is tough by itself, and for sure you don't need the extra expenses and headache dealing with the SEC, filings, shareholders, etc....May be it can be done down the line when your business is fully functional, and you plan to make it bigger through expansion and need additional capitals; but not when you plan to start out a business with a new idea or product. Why do you think the rate of success for start up on OTCBB is next to 0%? :)))

I can go on and on, but I think you get the picture. :)

When you guys want to do an OTC pie in the sky business, then call me. Shorter time, better profit, faster race to financial independent. Morally, it sucks, but dollar wise, it is a lucrative business.....lol

Don't jump on me for this post. I am half kidding!....lol

All kidding aside, I would love to hear your "legit" business plan if you have one in mind.

75K is not a lot of money, but it is not a chump change either. May be we can do a shell first, and use the money to start out your legit business......lol
