John, have you read the Guardian for any length of time? No, Nadine. The only thing I know about the Guardian is from the posts on this thread and the responses to them. I have no sense of its long term presence in Britain, none of the ownership, none about the credibility of various reporters and/or commentators, etc. The sort of thing I routinely know about the major American papers I read. It's been completely clear to me that several posters on the thread including you disliked it. But then you dislike work I routinely admire for its thorough going professionalism. So I don't think we share enough criteria for me to ask you. That's why I asked Tek.
