Careful with the ASR - bit of a P&D history there, going all the way back to its former incarnation as Cotton Valley Resources trading on the Canadian Dealer Network and OTCBB. Got touted to the rookies big time (even on SI) as some kind of high success rate exploration play, even though it was really nothing more than an infill operation on a hodgepodge of hundreds of tiny decimal interests. IMO the original move on PMY was a late stage attempt to get into the then still high-flying gas business for another pump. Looks like they're going to close that deal after all, so maybe that's a sign they're going to change their ways and work the lands instead of the phones for once.
