"Isn't there a commercial about buying, using drugs you're supporting the terrorists?" We are talking energy, not drugs. "Looking at the backgrounds of the 9/11 terrorists, buying oil from Saudi Arabia ain't much different is it?" Maybe not. But ANWAR is how many years out? Realizing that a pipeline and/or port needs to be built to get it to market. How much will the government have to throw into the pot to facilitate this? If that money was spent to commercialize other technologies, wouldn't it buy a greater, long term independence? Think about the overall picture, not just a little piece.
