Rock nj: The scenario you have just described is quite plausible. I think the low will be a bit below your levels and I will wait to begin buying the NDX index via the ProFund OTPIX (non-leveraged) shares when Nasdaq hits 1650. I think the low will be between 1600-1650 and I am not in the camp that thinks we will retest the 1400 level. If I am wrong and the low does turn out to be a full retest (between 1400-1450), I will convert the OTPIX shares into the UOPIX (2:1 leveraged shares) and, in effect, double my bet.
