Step up and claim your potatoe, you've won the are you awake or have you lost your cool already contest ... that was an in joke on a thread once, to mis an s in mispell, making fun of a poster who would rant on spelling, not however a canadian as i recall -g- 'Jordan invaded Israel' - to the arabs it is recovery of land occupied by an enemy who invaded them, and looking at the roots of the problem, that is in fact what happened .... now a great many other things are true as well, many of which recent ones show the palestinians squandering both their claim to morality and their attainable level of political advantage through their choice of tactics, for sure, no question ... still, i see the latter emphasised on SI all the time, along with what seems to be a convenient forgetting of the former The situation needs a fresh idea ... i hear Kofi Annan is suggesting a multinational force go in and physically separate the combatants, don't know what makeup or specific mandate he has in mind ..... i sort of like the brand new shiney prophet approach, but you can't wish one up just like that ..... somebody asked if Mohamed said he'd be the last prophet, well yes he did but then so did Christ sort of leave that impression, saying watch out i'll be back, and then poof only seven centuries later along comes Mohamed Anyway i am typed out on the topic ... cheers
