I am under the impression from Poet's brief summary that there are those who were advocating that gays be excluded from the priesthood. Was JCD among those who felt that they should be restricted in this way?

Opinions can have a way of metasticizing.

I just think the reference to "normal sexual intercourse" was risible. Who gets to say what's "normal" anyway. Of course I'm not much of a Puritan, obviously.
