It sounds like ETFs are much like stocks.
One reason I am getting out of individual stocks is that since I quit work a couple of years ago I found myself spending less and less time checking out (and trading) stocks and the stock market in general. I have more than enough money invested in fixed income accounts to live comfortably so let someone else do the work. There are other things to do that are more appealing to me.
