Not even close, I’m not among the several preening, pompus ego trippers that use this and other threads for badly needed gratification.

Unlike many this is not my hobby but I must admit that at times I am amused by the performers that this medium creates.:)

Look at lumber prices. They are extreamly low. If you do believe in shorting the housing industry hedging your short with a real eastate trust that specializes in lumber might be a good way to ride out the near term termorial.

My personal bet though is housing has 15 good years to go.
