ANDREA KOPPEL'S OBJECTIVITY: One of these days Andrew Sullivan will get taken to the woodshed. So now he's engaged in a campaign against Andrea Koppel. Who's next? I thought some of his early work with The New Republic was not bad; and he has a book on various theories of homosexuality that is quite well done (well written, surprisingly charitable to views that are not his own including Foucault, but clearly his own arguments). But he has grown very bitter in the last several years. I wonder what happened.
