> Thanks, Wayne. But the Silver Price Thread is really no place for sarcasm.

We agree, that's exactly what I thought when I read your original post when you said "Silver is plentiful just about everywhere. My local landfill estimates that they have nearly a billion ounces dumped there with no place to put it. People have bathtubs and garages full of the stuff and have taken to burrying it in their back yards"

Please feel free to make fun of and ridicule those who have different opinions. Meanwhile, I continue to compile and analyze as much data as I can obtain, instead of just accepting the lastest silver-to-the-moon essay as fact.

Hi Paul

Bob doesn't need a defender, he is good at taking care of himself. However I would like to be on the record that I believe him to be one of the most knowledgeable people I have found on the net about metals. Base and precious. He has the most complete database anywhere. And this is the important bit: He is almost always right!

I know this from monitoring him for the last several years. He earned my respect. I used to think he was a neysayer but he is just stating facts. So when he injects a little bit of humour that is tongue and cheek I don't mind.

Hope you are right about another big buyer of silver we need all the help we can get I think.

Best

Wayne
