The answer of course is, whatever they can get. "These fine specimens", blah, blah, blah......

Curious morning today. Silver stocks holding up nicely suggest to me that spot price is about to firm.

Anybody buying the a.m. dip?

That's what happens when governments get into the bullion business. I think they charge the few authorized wholesales about $1.25-1.50 over spot, so retail soon becomes spot+$2. Bars, rounds, and junk bags are all cheaper.
