To Duke et al: I don't think RMBS is dead and buried at INTC just yet: From Yahoo board Cypress introduced a 533-MHz dual memory clock generator (DMCG), a clock generator for RAMBUS interfaces, and announced that the device has been designed in by Intel Corp. Cypress is the sole qualified source of this DMCG and is currently ramping into mass production.
