Yes, you might see a short term pop, but it could come from 34 to 38, not from where we are here. Qcom isnt going anywhere till it can resoudingly get over 40-44. I dont thtink thats happening anytime soon. So my guess is we will build a base like in 97-99 and trade between 32-40. However I reserve the right to be wrong sometimes-g-
