Still have some shares op APPI, but I am not foolowing all the OTCBB stocks I own, because of the debacle ;-$((((( For the moment I am still accumulating SYTE: Have you seen the k10!! An EBITDA of $0.013 and still trading in the $0.04 range. Yoy cab buy 25k with $1k of a stock who has earnings!!! Looking to accumulate MYCO too!! I hope APPI fly (lol) because I could sell to buy more SYTE and MYCO ;-$))) Hoping your doing fine on this bearmarket! See you Ernie

What kind of stupid management does APPI(E) have that they make an announcement regarding dividends when they haven't filed their 10-K with the SEC. They better strenghten their accounting department before deciding how to give away their assets. When their finally finish their 10-K they might find out that they don't have as many assets as they thought. In looking back over previous filings, it appears that APPI has a pattern of filing the sec reports late. If the accounting department can't get the reports filed on time, APPI needs to get a new head of the accounting department. If a company doesn't have a strong accounting department, they might just as way forget about being in the business. JMO but I am hopping mad at APPI.
