The Saudis give lots of money to the PA. Of course the PA is likely to use the money on weapons, or to line the pockets of Arafat and his cronies rather then to rebuild houses, and that assumes that some level of peace returns with the PA still in postion to rebuild houses.

Israel would have no problem paying for rebuilding as long as there would be some level of confidence that that Israel would not have to destroy them again...

BTW do you know how much US is paying Egypt to criticize US any chance they get? Stop those payments and we will have plenty of money to distribute.......
