What level of concern should Bush have shown?

As I said, it may have been the news of the day. But I saw only a brief mention of the incident. It is a fact that in wars people die, and often as a result of friendly fire. But this seemed to be an incident where some serious contrition was called for. It may have been there, but I didn't see it.

I didn't intend to imply that Bush was "unconcerned"; I just felt that he didn't seem to make a strong point of showing the concern that I'm sure he did feel.
