Bob, Thanks for the support. When the magician waves his wand over that crystal ball and blesses the image all the peasants get that feeling good moment. I hear what you are saying about the far up north projects. They better be "good" as I have placed my bets up there. You had made a comment about Nortgate to Wayne and I am in it and have been holding Cumberland for quite some time. That baby is paying off well. May take a few years for these guys to build out and run but what the heck. Tom
