It has fluctuated. Back in 1986, when they first came out and I was still a coin dealer, I used to get the Silver Eagles at around spot+1.20 and retail them for spot+1.60, so 1.90 is getting high.

If I owned Eagles or Maple Leafs, I might try to work out a deal to exhange them for rounds/bars/bags - you would get more ounces.
