Bob: maybe it was Board Patrol? I emailed agora and asked them if they are compensated for the boards. I believe their loophole is they aren't compensated for the boards but everything else. They just throw the boards in as a "favor." They still need a disclaimer because of the articles and interviews they post there on the start page about these dog stocks. I emailed asking for the disclaimer. I told them I needed to forward it to the SEC. For some reason they did not get back to me ;-)
