The question is, are Magribi's allegations factual ?

That's what I meant.

And was his ill treatment a result of ethnic bias in the trauma of post September 11 society, or was it a result of the meltdown of the Flash Business ?

I could sense that there was some tension about strategy, with Walid saying something in a sense that he would not sign a contract unless it was profitable, which at the bottom of the cycle, with the world drowning in flash, might have been a mistake, and AMD should have gone after the market share, to create a foundation for profitability once the market picks up.

I think AMD should settle out of court, and real fast. And maybe Magribi is just looking for "hush money".

What's bad about cases like this is that it is not in the best interest of the company for the internal conversations to make it into court documents and the press, which makes hard to fight frivolous cases.
