Bush doesn't believe in local control. Just another of his lies. Ferc is approving power plants and pipelines no matter what local governments think. Ask school boards especially those in better districts what they think of national testing. He is full of lies. Remember the campaign when he complained that our military was spread too thin. All he has done since the election is spread it thinner. Big gov, big deficits and big lies.
