The statement is correct (IMO). But how pertinent the "completely"?

I think that "guilt" must always be a comparison between a behaviour and a value judgement. Can a behaviour and a value judgement be disparate even without the input of others? I think it can. I think one can fail to live up to ones own expectations, regardless of the presence of other homo sapiens...and to feel guilty because of such a self criticism: Just an opinion, and subject to change...
