From the chart of DSR we can see the stock tested the support of it's 50MA last week on below average volume. The chart indicators are showing no clear direction as the stock is boxed in a tight range of support and resistance.

PRIVATE PLACEMENTS CLOSED
On April 11, 2002, Doublestar Resources closed the unit private placement
first announced in news in Stockwatch dated Feb. 20, 2002. On closing, the
company issued a total of 700,000 units at a price of 30 cents per unit,
each unit consisting of one Class A share and one non-transferable Class A
share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase one
further Class A share for a period of two years at a price of 35 cents per
share. The hold periods on the shares and any shares issued on exercise of
the warrants expire on Aug. 12, 2002.
The company also announces that on April 15, 2002, it closed the private
placement of a convertible loan in the total principal amount of $125,000,
which was announced in Stockwatch on March 27, 2002.
