TFF, Lewis seems to support my position that the focus on disclosures is a red herring. I don't agree with his other arguments. Nevertheless, given all you have read and heard recently, including comments from the NY AG, plaintiff attorneys, legal experts, and ML's PR, see if you think these guys are making much too big a deal about the revelations of private emails. The link is to a Washington Post article from more than two years ago. A question for the NY AG might be where were you two years ago? A question for ML's PR might be do you have a problem with the context of the Washington Post article?
