IVIP-WONDER IF EVERYONE WHO WAS BUYING THIS STOCK KNEW THERE WAS A 1 FOR 20 REVERSE SPLIT COMING Internet VIP, Inc. (IVIP: .10) announced a major re- organization of the Company intended to enhance shareholder value. IVIP has entered into an agreement with Newtech Group International, Inc. of Blainville, Quebec. The agreement calls for the Company to spin-off the telecom business into a new corporation, reverse split its current common shares on a basis of 1:20, purchase a license and rights to various products from Newtech in exchange for common stock of IVIP, and turn over control of the Company to senior management of Newtech to administer and profit from the newly acquired assets. The closing of the contract is subject to obtaining the requisite approvals and completion of regulatory filings. IVIP actually closed in the green, with .036 (56%) gains. Volume was 852,300.
