23rd, 25th week - so now you're hedging your statements, huh? As if ANYONE supports abortions that late. We're talking about the typical abortion 3-9 weeks after accidental impregnation. You're right about the 25th week. That is the first time you can scientifically argue that the foetus is anything remotely human. The human spinal cord doesn't even start developing until then and the brain comes later. I would agree it's wrong to wait that long. Unless the mother's life is in danger.

And yes I think this is an issue WOMEN should decide, not men.

Also, I believe high schools ought to teach birth control. Because kids ARE going to have sex no matter what and some kids are ignorant about sexual education. Should be taught at 12-14 years old, at least on a voluntary basis. This is one area where the religious right really does our society harm. They in fact CAUSE unwanted pregnancies by trying to make sex education illegal. Also, evolutionn is clearly FACT so what's wrong with that? As for how the first spark of life came to be, it's a mystery and will remain a mystery. But once life is here it evolves.
