Yes this is the company that mills the flour that I use. I use all the varieties they mill.

Now you need to understand that I am biased. Was born and raised in North Dakota wheat country and we still own the land and raise wheat. <g> They do still mill their flour the old fashion way, they use North Dakota wheat and they have been in business since 1922. The mill is about 40 miles north of our farm.
