On a serious note , i had a chance to view OBL's last official tape a few times. This is the one which one can wonder was he a dying man at that time, and still have real doubt whether he is still alive. But on watching i concur with Fouad Ajami, M.E. expert, that last tape was NOT a propaganda tape but was a tape to Al-Queda. I agree with Ajami, that this was a tape being made by a man knowing it could be his last tape and as such he was giving his possibly last instructions. And the instruction is clear, and amounts to an order. He is telling all Al-Queda(or terrorist supporting him) LIMIT your terrorist targets to ONLY targets that will cause economic damage. This of course!, is not from humane concerns, but in the tape he said he has learned from WTC(or whatever he says in arabic for the towers) just how vulnerable the U.S. is economically. He says this is the direction, this the target, economic only. This is how they will be beaten. So,given that Osama, is for sure going to be obeyed, this is where security need be highest. When i saw that we are maintaining high alert in D.C. and dropping it in NYC, i thought strongly a mistake was being made. One thing i would like to know from someone from NYC, are they still maintaining high alert on the Lincoln and Holland Tunnels??? Are all trucks still being stopped and checked before entry??? Max
